Nintedanib Attenuates Epidural Fibrosis after Laminectomy in Rats

Nintedanib significantly reduced epidural fibrosis after laminectomy in rats by inhibiting inflammation and angiogenesis. This multi-tyrosine kinase inhibitor shows promise in preventing postoperative adhesions and improving dural structure.
