Lobe-Specific Risk of Malignancy in Parotid Gland Lesions: A Milan System-Based Analysis

Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) accurately diagnoses parotid lesions using the Milan System. However, deep lobe parotid lesions show a significantly higher risk of malignancy compared to superficial ones.
