Trends, challenges and ethical considerations in pediatric robotic surgery

In this narrative review, we expanding role of robotic surgery in pediatric cases, highlighting its advantages over conventional techniques, such as improved visualization, reduced tremor, and shorter learning curves. However, challenges like high costs, limited instrument availability, and ethical concerns about access and equity persist. We also examine emerging trends, including telesurgery and augmented reality, which promise to further innovate the field.
