Glymphatic system (GS) dysfunction, indicated by weaker global blood-oxygen-level-dependent (gBOLD) signal and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) coupling, is present in temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). Larger choroid plexus (CP) volume predicts poor surgical outcomes in TLE patients.
