A case of telangiectatic osteosarcoma arising from the frontal bone

This case report details a rare instance of telangiectatic osteosarcoma in the frontal bone. Initial imaging suggested an aneurysmal bone cyst, but final pathology confirmed the rare osteosarcoma subtype.
