Systemic Arterial Stiffness in Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome: A Prospective Case-Control Study

Systemic arterial stiffness is normal in patients with reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS). Pulse wave velocity (PWV) measurements showed no significant differences between RCVS patients and controls, indicating stable vascular function throughout the condition.
