Triplane Left Atrial Reservoir Strain in Cardiac Amyloidosis: A Comparative Study with Rhythm-Matched Controls

Triplane left atrial (LA) strain is significantly reduced in cardiac amyloidosis, revealing atrial dysfunction even in sinus rhythm. This echocardiographic measure offers a reproducible way to assess amyloid atriopathy.
