Antibiotic Use in Surgical Wards: A Point Prevalence Survey Based on the WHO AWaRe Methodology

This study evaluated antibiotic use in surgical antibiotic prophylaxis (SAP) using World Health Organization (WHO) Access, Watch, and Reserve (AWaRe) classes and defined daily doses (DDDs).
