Summary

Targeting Heat Shock Factor 1 (HSF1) with celastrol activates regulatory T cells (Tregs) and reduces inflammation in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) models. This study shows celastrol enhances Treg function and ameliorates gut inflammation.
