Combined Clavicular Hook Plate and Coracoid Screw Fixation for Coracoid Process Fractures Associated with

Simultaneous surgical fixation of coracoid process (CP) fractures and acromioclavicular (AC) joint dislocation using a clavicular hook plate and coracoid screw achieved excellent bone healing and joint stability. This approach led to favorable clinical outcomes and return to daily activities for patients.
