Trends and approaches in morpholine fungicide detection: Analytical determination using traditional and modern

Abstract:
In this work, the authors conducted an integrative bibliographic search to gather information and provide an accurate description of the current status of morpholine fungicides, encompassing their physical-chemical properties, toxicity, and detection in various samples using traditional and modern analytical techniques. The main advantages, limitations, and applicability of these techniques for analysis of environmental, biological, and food samples were presented, highlighting trends and perspectives in electroanalytical techniques for morpholine detection. All information obtained in this review indicates that Dimethomorph was the most widely studied morpholine, while other morpholines remain little studied, highlighting the urgent need for further research in this area. This integrative review aimed to evaluate and synthesize the field of research, given the scarcity of information on this class of pesticides.
