Radiologic Evidence of Delayed Frontal Sinus Disease After Feminizing Frontal Cranioplasty

Feminizing frontal cranioplasty (FFC) shows a low risk of frontal sinus complications within six years. Long-term imaging reveals minimal mucosal thickening, with no significant pathology or need for surgical intervention in this study.
