Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index as a Marker of Activity in Behcet's Uveitis

The Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII) is a promising biomarker for detecting active uveitis in Behcet's disease (BD). Higher SII levels were observed in active BD uveitis patients compared to inactive disease and healthy controls.

- Further research is warranted to correlate SII levels with disease severity in BD uveitis.
