High resolution genome-wide SNP array analyses on matched colorectal-based lung and brain metastases

Colorectal cancer brain metastases exhibit more copy number variations (CNVs) and novel copy-neutral loss of heterozygosity (cn-LOH) regions than lung metastases. Understanding these genetic changes may improve early diagnosis and treatment of brain metastases.
