Multiple Onychomatricomas as a Rare Clinical Presentation with BAP1 Mutation: A Case Report

Onychomatricoma (OM) is a rare nail tumor. This case highlights a patient with multiple nail lesions and a likely pathogenic BAP1 gene mutation, suggesting further evaluation for BAP1 mutations in multiple OM cases.
