Antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) infection suppresses innate immunity. Activating Fc gamma receptor I (FcγRI) via ADE inhibits antiviral responses, facilitating PRRSV replication and hindering vaccine development.
