Ovarian Tissue Transplantation Using Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma: A Pilot Clinical Trial

Autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a safe and feasible addition to laparoscopic ovarian tissue reimplantation. This method may enhance the restoration of ovarian function in women with iatrogenic premature ovarian failure.
