Low-Dose Lemon Myrtle Supplementation Enhances Muscle Hypertrophy in Older Adults Undergoing Low-Load Resistance

Lemon myrtle (LM) supplementation, even at a reduced dose, enhanced muscle growth with resistance training in older adults. However, these muscle gains were not sustained after training cessation.
