Identifying symptomatic aneurysms in patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms (MIAs) is challenging. Three-dimensional circumferential aneurysm wall enhancement (3D-CAWE) effectively identifies symptomatic aneurysms, offering a potential imaging biomarker.
