Denosumab Therapy Beyond 10 Years: Subsequent Treatment and Densitometric Outcomes

Continuing denosumab treatment beyond 20 doses, guided by bone mineral density (BMD) T-scores, further increased BMD at the lumbar spine and maintained it at the femoral neck. Switching to zoledronic acid caused partial BMD loss, while romosozumab only increased lumbar spine BMD.
