Experimental study on reinforcement treatment of coastal silty soft soil

Abstract:
Ningbo Qianwan Binhai New Area is an important economic and industrial zone that the country is striving to develop and construct. The consolidation and hardening treatment of large areas of sludge in mudflat is the primary technical problem in the development and construction. On site research has shown that using solidifying agents to chemically reinforce coastal silt is an effective method. The curing agent was selected from three components: cement clinker, NaHSO4, Na2SiF6, etc. Through a three factor four level orthogonal experiment, it was found that the optimal formula for the curing agent was clinker 20%, NaHSO44%, Na2SiF6 1%。 The unconfined compressive strength test was used to verify the 28 day strength of the consolidated soil. The test results showed that the activity of slag in the solidifying agent was fully stimulated, and the solidification effect on silty sand was very significant. This curing agent formula has high scientificity and is suitable for the specific engineering geological conditions of Qianwan, providing accurate guidance for on-site construction.
