Abstract:
This dataset presents comprehensive experimental data on the compressive strength and non-destructive evaluation of Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC), including Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) and Rebound Hammer (RH) readings. The data were gathered to support modeling and prediction of strength development in UHPC using NDE values, validated through destructive testing. UHPC specimens over maturing ages and varying fiber contents were tested. The data includes readings taken using both 54 kHz and 250 kHz transducers in direct, semi-direct and indirect UPV test modes over varying transducer distances. This dataset is one of its kind in combining compressive strength, UPV, and RH for UHPC across multiple ages and fiber contents, enabling hybrid approaches such as SONREB as well as advanced predictive modeling. Beyond traditional analysis, these data can serve as a benchmark for machine learning applications in concrete strength prediction and quality assessment.. All data files are publically available through the University of Minnesota's DRUM repository and were used inan associated research study currently under review, further highlighting its potential for UHPC predictive modeling.
