This study shows that a single-pill low-dose combination (LDC) of amlodipine, losartan, and chlorthalidone (LDC-ALC) effectively lowers blood pressure. LDC-ALC demonstrated similar efficacy to amlodipine and superior efficacy to losartan in patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension.
