Abstract:
Seven undescribed metabolites and four known compounds were isolated from a Ganoderma lucidum-derived endophytic fungus Talaromyces sp. GLQ04. Their structures including absolute configurations were assigned by using spectroscopic data and ECD calculations. Among them, (±)-3 and (±)-5 were obtained as a mixture. Chiral HPLC was employed to separate two pairs of enantiomers (+)-3 and (-)-3, and (+)-5 and (-)-5. The cytotoxic bioactivities of compounds 1-9 against DLBCL (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma) cells were evaluated. The results showed that compounds 6, 7 and 8 exhibited inhibitory activities against DLBCL cells, with IC50 values of 10.68 μM, 61.04 μM and 17.12 μM, respectively.
