A single low-profile visualized intraluminal support (LVIS) stent effectively treated a rare basilar artery blood blister-like aneurysm (BBA) in a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) patient. This endovascular approach offers a viable alternative when coil embolization is challenging.
