Trust in AI-Supported Screening in General Practice Among Urban and Rural Citizens: Cross-Sectional Study

Citizens trust general practitioners more than artificial intelligence (AI) for diagnoses. However, a positive attitude towards AI in medicine is key for building trust in AI-based diagnoses for early disease detection.
