Telomere length in patients with Marfan Syndrome

Adults with Marfan syndrome (MFS) exhibit shorter telomere length (TL), a marker of biological aging. Shorter TL in MFS patients was linked to severe cardiovascular events, suggesting accelerated aging in the disease.
