Combining multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) with prostate-specific antigen (PSA) metrics and targeted biopsies improves prostate cancer detection. A structured, risk-adapted approach using combined biopsy strategies is recommended for accurate diagnosis and to avoid overdiagnosis.
