Chemotherapy in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients impairs glymphatic function, indicated by the diffusion tensor imaging along the perivascular spaces (DTI-ALPS) index, and is linked to cognitive decline. These findings highlight potential neuroimaging biomarkers for chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment.
