Janus Kinase Inhibitors' Effect on Patch Testing: A Systematic Review.

Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitors may reduce the accuracy of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) patch testing in patients with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Findings suggest diminished patch test readings during JAK inhibitor use.
