VMAT-based total body irradiation on a conventional LINAC: workflow, procedure and preliminary results

Volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) for total body irradiation (TBI) is feasible on conventional linear accelerators, offering improved dose homogeneity and organ sparing compared to 2D-TBI. This VMAT approach shows promise for TBI treatments.
