Association between multiple inflammatory indices and gout: a cross-sectional study based on clinical and NHANES data

The systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) and systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) are positively associated with an increased risk of gout. These markers can serve as novel indicators for gout risk assessment.
