First-Trimester Bleeding and the Risk of Pregnancy Loss in a Prospective Cohort

First-trimester vaginal bleeding is common and usually not linked to pregnancy loss. Reassurance is appropriate for most patients when ultrasound measurements align with last menstrual period dating.
