Abnormal circ-CDK8 expression affects periodontitis development by regulating let-7b-5p/MAP4K3 signaling

Circular RNA CDK8 (circ-CDK8) is upregulated in periodontitis and impairs bone regeneration by inhibiting the osteogenic differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs). Suppressing circ-CDK8 promotes bone healing via the let-7b-5p/MAP4K3 pathway.
