Summary

Antiretroviral therapy (ART) in people living with HIV (PLHIV) may alter retinal vessel calibre, potentially impacting vascular health. Longer ART duration was linked to narrower venules but wider arterioles in PLHIV, while ART-naïve individuals showed abnormal arteriolar calibre.
