Pathways from Polygenic Risk to Suicidality: Effects of Alcohol Use Disorder and Childhood Adversity.

Genetic risk for suicide attempts (SA) is partly explained by alcohol use disorder (AUD), especially with low childhood adversity. Understanding these pathways is key for suicide prevention strategies.
