Endoscopic transclival decompression for ventral brainstem tuberculous abscess: illustrative case

Central nervous system (CNS) tuberculosis is a serious condition. Urgent surgical decompression for brainstem tuberculomas and abscesses, using the endoscopic endonasal transclival approach (EETA), can significantly improve neurological recovery.
