Abstract:
This study describes a novel surgical technique for recurrent soft palate carcinoma using a combined endoscopic endonasal and transoral approach. By employing a sequenced three-line osteotomy, this method allows for the precise en bloc resection of the posterior maxilla and the involved tensor veli palatini muscle while avoiding external facial incisions.
