Unexplained recurrent miscarriage (URM) is linked to cytotoxic Vδ2 γδT cells and vascular injury markers. Elevated Granzyme B⁺Perforin⁺ Vδ2 cells correlate with increased vascular damage, suggesting a novel immuno-vascular interaction in URM.
