Summary

Bone-patellar tendon-bone (BPTB) autografts for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) did not result in worse knee pain compared to hamstring (HT) autografts. This 2-year study found no significant differences in patient-reported pain outcomes between the two graft types.
