Preoperative topical ripasudil, a Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK) inhibitor, was associated with improved Schlemm's canal (SC) morphology in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients. This suggests ROCK inhibitors may help maintain SC structure and function.
