Chest CT in Testicular Mass Evaluation: A Stepwise Approach to Minimize Radiation Exposure

A selective imaging approach using serum tumor markers and abdominal CT can safely reduce chest computed tomography (CT) scans for testicular cancer staging, minimizing radiation exposure without missing pulmonary metastases.
