Endovascular repair of the aortic arch, particularly with proximal landing in the ascending aorta, has become a dependable choice for major medical centers that employ a thorough endovascular strategy for high-risk patients.With the progress of graft technology and treatment methods, repairs to the aortic arch have developed. Initially, arch physician-modified endografts (PMEGs) focused primarily on the distal arch for subacute type B dissection repairs. However, it has now expanded to incorporate postdissection chronic arch aneurysm, including repairs into zone 0. PMEGs enable surgeons to design patient-specific devices that cater to unique urgent requirements, especially for patients who do not fit the anatomical specifications of commercially available devices. Due to the nature of these repairs, they must be conducted in specialized centers with the right expertise.
