This case study reveals shared TET2 mutations in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and T follicular helper cell lymphoma (TFHL-AI), suggesting a common origin. TET2 mutations may drive lymphoma evolution, presenting diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.
