Background:

Concomitant hypo-hyperdontia (CHH) is a rare dental anomaly characterized by the simultaneous presence of hypodontia (missing teeth) and hyperdontia (supernumerary teeth).
Supernumerary teeth can cause various complications, including delayed eruption, malocclusion, and the formation of cystic lesions.
Patients with CHH may present with complex dental issues requiring specialized management.
