Background:

Systems psychodynamics offers valuable organizational development insights, but reliable assessment instruments are scarce.
The Systematic Multidimensional Organizational Assessment (SyMOA) is a qualitative tool for in-depth analysis.
A quantitative self-assessment questionnaire is needed to complement the SyMOA method.

Purpose of the Study:

To develop and psychometrically validate a questionnaire for assessing organizational dynamics based on the SyMOA system.
To create a scientifically grounded and practical diagnostic tool for research and corporate practice.
To advance systems psychodynamic theory and support evidence-based organizational change interventions.

Main Methods:

Multistage development and validation process.
Transformation of the SyMOA instrument into a questionnaire battery with expert review.
Iterative refinement through factor and item analyses (n=150), test-retest reliability (n=150), and validity examination (n=800).
