Summary

Aberrant right subclavian artery anomalies can lead to life-threatening arterioesophageal fistulas and hemorrhage, especially with prolonged tube feeding. Endoscopic hemostasis was ineffective, but endovascular stents and endoscopic clipping successfully occluded the fistula.
