Estrus synchronization protocols in goats were evaluated for efficacy and cost-effectiveness. The progesterone (P4) sponge + pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) protocol (Group I) was most cost-effective for intensive farming, with no significant difference in pregnancy rates among groups.
