Subjective interpretation of ICG-FA in reconstructive surgery: Perception versus perfusion

Interobserver variability in indocyanine green fluorescence angiography (ICG-FA) interpretation for reconstructive surgery is substantial. This subjectivity makes accurate assessment of flap perfusion difficult, especially with complications.
