Abstract:
Juvenile-type granulosa cell tumors (JGCT) of the ovary are extremely rare. Most of them occur in premenarchal girls. The occurrence of JGCT in an adult, particularly during pregnancy, is very rare. We report one such case of JGCT in a 28-year-old pregnant woman and its management during pregnancy, along with a review of the literature.
